Either one, bring it on, I likes em HOT.
I spent a couple of years in Southern California, and on days off we would go over to Tijuana. My partner then was a kid from Mexico, who came over legally, got his Citizenship, did 4 years in the Navy as an SP (Shore Patrol) then to the CHP Academy and graduated 1 week after I did.

Some relatives brought up some peppers canned in oil. I opened them around some friends of mine. They had to leave the kitchen. I ate one without blinking an eye. Helped that they had a great taste and were not just killer hot. Course, the sweat did come up on my forehead. Ice cream is for sissys. Edit: I have to admit, some of the new stuff is just too damn hot for me straight. But gives chili a real good kick.

I got the wife to kick in a hot item in her home made chili.
Our kids got to where they like to eat it, now we are working on the grandkids.
Oh happy day when she fixes Chili.

Karen, have you tried the 'Crubeens'.. as we say on this side of the puddle, "they'd put hair on your chest".
RJ, I knew you would be the type of person that would love 'crubeens', good on you..
IMHO. Chocolate should only be consumed neat and never contaminated with other foods. That said, might try it on the 'crubeens'..
Any chance of this being the last 'last word'.. ??

Never had the pleasure of Crubeens, don't know what they are, but I've had some Cambodian food that I renamed "Anus of Hell" for the obvious reason. I'm a serious chocoholic, but found the bacon added a nice smoothness. Of course there are those that will accuse me of cannibalism re the bacon, but they're welcome to their opinion...

I was raised in the depression, so I eat anything that I can get my lips around. Then a few years in the Marine Corps, also helped. When in Korea the 1st time, we had what we called the UN Trio. Beans mixture for breakfast, beans mixture for lunch and bean mixture for supper. I hated the Trio, but I ate it. Oh, by the way, you are talking about Pigs Feet, right. My Great Great Grandfather came from Ireland and he brought his recipe with him when he immigrated to the United States. He met grandma on the boat, I've heard of 2 different countries she came from but I can't determine which one is the right one. She was a hard head as Grandpa said and stubborn as a mule. 1 county was Austria and the other one was Holland.

It be easy to make Jimmy. Get some plain chocolate bars at the store, take it home and melt it down in da micro wave, add da bacon, presto, ya got it. There is also another option: ya can pour it over ice cream. When ya get a big chunk, ya got a piece of bacon. Enjoy.

Someone here at work bought one from BK yesterday. I didn't get a chance to try it, but most of the ones that did said it was good... sort of like salty snacks and something sweet at the same time. Hay Jimmyt

The old saying still goes.
'Don't knock it till ya try it'
I can remember as a kid I used to set at the table till I learned to like Spinach.
Now after 5 years in Corps, and eating my wifes and our 3 girls cookin for several years, there isn't too much they can shove in front of me that I won't eat.
PS: That is cooked food I'm referring to..
