I finally talked the wife into running the Tractor.    She is a farm girl so she learns pretty quick.

I think she learned to not blow the snow into the wind.  LOL......

Just rain here.  Rain and rain and rain.  I am so glad I replaced my sump pump last Fall, that puppy is like the energizer bunny this Winter.  Ground is entirely soaked and will take no more water, and ground water to 18" from surface, well above my split level basement.

Yeah, I could only imagine if this had all been snow.  At least you don't have to shovel rain, but you do have to pump it.

When ya head for home from here, let me know the departure time and I'll be there on the Chevy.    It is easier for me to get on but harder to drive.   I have to hack my leg up too high to get a good grip on the brake pedal.
