I have a Russell Daylong seat posted for sale. It came off of a tourer with an Interstate tank. I purchased the bike like this. I don't want to mislead anyone, would you believe this would only fit the Interstate and be too small for a factory tourer? Thanks!
Work like it depends on you, pray like it depends on God.

It will fit the Tourer and Standard; however, more than likely there will be a gap between the nose of the saddle and the back of the tank.  It's nothing that can't be lived with though.  The only thing that would make me leery is Russel seats are made to order.  The buyer's weight, build, riding position, etc. are taken into consideration when the saddle is built.  Since you're selling the saddle, you should include that info in case someone is interested.

People are more passionately opposed to wearing fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than bikers.

And if it came that way, it would be based on the previous owners spec's, if it was fit to their make up.

How is that going to look when you request pics of the op's rear end before ordering the seat.
