Biker or a Rider???

I don't distinguish between a rider and a biker as I really don't see a difference. What I do see is there are riders and then there are wanna-be riders. We riders love our machines and the feeling we get when cruising on that machine. We don't care if anyone else thinks we're cool or crazy for riding. We ride every chance we get. The wanna-be's buy a bike and the shirts to display their brand. Their bike sits in the garage for the most part but they do wear the shirt a lot and proudly declare "yes, I have a bike" anytime the subject comes up.

I guess I'm a rider.
I could be a "driver" if I sat on a drivers seat as too many now call the rider seat.
My passenger always sits on the passenger seat though.
I ride my bike, I drive my car.
Just a diversion to nit pick.

Rider. Never considered myself a biker,but do more riding that a lot of my biker buddies.

If those are the only 2 choices I would say rider. Don't consider myself
a biker even though I wear a 3piece patch. Depends on one's definition
of "biker", I guess.
