Enironmental testing for the DOD.  Weapons systems, aircraft, hovercraft, missile systems, tents and shelters, vehicles....pretty much anything and everything in the DOD's inventory.

Also, icing certifications for the FAA.....engine icing ingestion or the entire aircraft icing certification.

We raise the aircraft on jacks, tie it down and then the test team can test/raise and lower landing gear as well as run engines to take off power and full after burner.......all inside a closed building/chamber.

We advertise that we test anything from -65*F to +165*F......although we've tested items to -70*F and up to +170*F.  We can go as cold as -100*F and as hot as +200*F if a customer really wants us to.

We don't just test DOD.....we also test for civilian customers.  We've had Ford, Chrysler, Boeing, Bombardier, GE, Pratt & Whitney, Goodyear, etc and many more......anybody that wants to write us a check.  :)

But mostly I sit on my ass with my feet up on the desk alot.   ;D

It is really difficult to get help, so when not wading thru all of Clark's emails I
attempt to keep the secretary interview going

Wow, I don't do things as nearly as exciting as you guys.  I spend my day with other people's body fluids on me, with them screaming at me or coughing on me as I have my hands in their body orifices.  Maybe I should get a real job. Ya think?
How much fun can I have before I have to go to hell?
