Yes.  Distance is what it is however measured.  I normally use 60,000 miles as the minimum to make the list.  Your distance converts to 66,300 miles.  You're on the list.

I just got home from a quick run to the upper east coast. My 98 is now at 251,869.

Well over 1 Million.  The bike in the front just passed 805k on the trip back from Alaska, DDT's bike.  There are several bikes in that line with over 100k, so the 1 Million estimation is an easy task.
