The pair I ordered were here at the house waiting on me when I got home yesterday. They look well made to me. Albeit the XL size may be a tad small for my hands. But perhaps they will form to my hands after some use.

I wish I had read this before I ordered. I was hoping the xl were more like xxl....... ???
Maybe some friends will be getting new gloves....

Yeah I agree....my Brother In Law may be getting a new pair as well. But he rides a HD so I'm giving him stuff all the time anyhow.

Gloves came in.
I'd say it's a lot of glove for the money. They look to be well made. (for cheap gloves.) The gauntlet comes up higher than I was expecting... (which is good).
I was thinking they would be a little "thicker" with padding.

Now I just need to try them out.
Over all, I'm happy.

Any suggestions on soften them up, mine were like hand shape cardboard, stiffer the heck. But nice gloves!!!!

I got the XL glove, and I can't wear it, too small.

So my wife and my daughter each now have a pair of these gloves in their vehicles in case they should breakdown on the flyway to work or home.

Funny part is, XL gloves anywhere else will slide right on.

Oh well, good Birthday presents.

Do ya suppose they will buy that?   1 is May 23rd and the other one is Sept 1.   I kind of doubt it, but what the hay, as long as I can keep both of them happy, I'm all for it.      It I get down and out, they will have to take care of me and I sure as hell don't want to be struck in a Nursing Home.

When I measured my hand, I fell right in the middle of "Large" gloves ...  They do fit a little tighter than I  like. If I had more money in them, I'd probably send them back for a XL.

I still plan on eventually getting some Gerbing electric gloves to go with my liner, but these should hold me over for now.

I'm planning on riding after work on Saturday. I'll see how they work.

No worries Clark...I put mine on again and they felt better than the first time....I can see them broken in and being just fine for me. They are well made as far as I can see.

I got mine in yesterday ( 2 pair for $37 - heck of a deal ) I have big hands and always buy extra large so that's what I ordered !  They do seem a bit tight, but I think they'll loosen up and be fine with a bit of wear !  I bought the 2nd pair for my son and he loves them and the fit !  Shipping was SUPER FAST !
I'm happy and plan on giving them a workout over the next couple of weeks !

got mine yesterday. my glove expert (the wife  )  commenced to pick them apart... I would have done this, they shouldn't do that 

I'm happy although I will have to wait for the next cold snap to try them out, it's 80 degrees today

as far as the stiffness goes it shouldn't take long at all for the cowhide to breakdown a bit. the other components might take longer.

I ordered 2 pair of golves. They came today. Both are xl. The left glove of one pair is larger than the other left and vice versa. I have one pair that fits and one that is a little small. Anyone that ordered 2 pair experience this?

Was 40ish when I rolled for my ride and on my meat hooks I had those new Auclair snowmobile mittens goatskin and insulated. The length of the gauntlet is sufficient to keep air from going up the sleeve of the jacket. That was the warmest my hands have been in awhile at 40ish degrees. Sierra Trading Post. Held my left hand into the wind at 90 or so M P H and no air leaks on either side of the glove at all. I'm thinking these might be good down to the teens but i'll have to find out. RIDE SAFE.

I rode to work this morning with my new gloves. I'm pretty sure these will be "cool weather" gloves. It was 40* when I left at 4:30. My hands were getting a little cool when I got there. Not uncomfortable. But if it were any colder, (or my ride longer), my hands woulda got cold.  I could feel a little air movement inside which tell me the seams don't seal very well. For what they are, they're not bad. But I don't see how they can claim a  "-10* Comfort Rating".

They'll still work great for cool rides and scraping my trucks windshield.

I can pick my nose only with my pinky finger.   My wrists are small! I am 5'8"... 200 lbs.

Oops... forgot to point out that since my accident my right hand is swollen! So which hand should I go by when measuring?

my first cool ride with them was good  vit was 41 this morning and the tips of my fingers got a little cool after 21 miles.

they might say they are rated to -10 but I'm sure that isn't including windchill.

I do believe these will be my winter riding gloves for quite some time to come, but it doesn't get THAT cold around here so they should fill the role nicely.

Here is the Cave Man's solution to tight leathers:

Gloves, boots, whatever... Wear them butt naked and get in the shower or full tub. ???
Go for a walk with everything dripping wet, including your butt, if you so desire. 

Get everything off and let em dry on their own. You might want to use a hair blower,
but letting then dry on their own is best.

For those of you waiting for the right weather to try 'em... put them on, go outside
and stick both hands in the snow for about 3 hrs!

I believe that -10* comfort level is at 0 mph, not 60 mph.

I got up this morning to take Red to the Dr.

It was like 12* at the time.

Couldn't find my gloves I usually wear.

Took the ones back from Red and we took off.

Took them off, left them in the truck.

Got back, put them on and we took off for Breakfast at the Cracker Barrel, Red loves this joint for Bkfst.

Went back out, put them on again, and each time I put them on they got bigger or my hand shrunk a lot.    She just might not get these puppies back.   LOL.

Took off for a ride today with temps in the upper 30's, rising into the mid 40's a while later. I have to say these gloves are far better than what I was using. Not sure about lower thirties or upper 20's but I do have my Gerbing's for the serious stuff. All in all, I've got me a nice set of cool weather gloves at a good price.

well darn it, it was supposed to be in the upper 30's but again it was 43 this morn for the ride in to work.

got here almost warm and snuggly I kept my hands on the controls the entire time and they only got "a little cold".  it's nice to ride without one hand or the other jammed in my crotch for warmth at 68 MPH
