Looks like u still had a good group. It never stopped raining here? But I did get my bag rails on the bike and led's mounted so not a total loss. Hope everyone got home safe.

Pappy!

Looks like y'all had another good ride!

John Schmidt

If you had been in my 'hood, none of you would have ridden either....guaranteed. Drizzlin' when I woke up and commenced to pour an hour later. After checking the radar it didn't look like much change was in the works so decided to take care of some honey do's. If I get caught in the rain, that's one thing. But to start out in a downpour on purpose....not going to happen unless I'm traveling. Glad you all got out for a ride and lunch, maybe next time.

John, if it was pouring when we were to be leaving the house, I would have jumped right back in bed and pulled the covers over me.

Good to see Pete and roger today and the rest of the gang. Good food great company, we missed those that didn't make it, it was a good day

Valkahuna

I am glad to be back! As for the ride today, I also enjoyed it! Viv took one look at the rain, and decided to go to Daytona Beach to shop and stay dry. As for me, rain does not matter much, as long as it's not freezing, and today was warm. Besides, sprinkles on the way there, and steady rain on the way back. No hurt, no foul! Even the bike is clean and dry again.  :)  I've ridden on more than a few rainy days, and those are always the most memorable. :cooldude:

It was great seeing everyone that was there again, and those of you missing, I hope to see soon. We are heading North for Thanksgiving, so I'll miss next weekend.  :(

Well I Did Get A Few Things Done On A Couple Of The Valk's That I Have Torn Down In The Garage As The Rain Fell. It Rained From Sun-up Until  After 2:00pm At My House. We Needed The Rain As The Grass Is Turning To Dirt.  I Needed To Try And Catch Up On Some Mechanic Work. Maybe Next Time. See You All Soon, Bert.

Billyboy gave me his old set. The chrome was shot but they were still in good shape. I had them powdercoated black to match the rest of the bike. I use Brothers Powder Coat in New Port Richey.
I paid $120.00 cash.
