I am good with this Tom.  It works.  Chasing perfection is a useless task chasing a moving target.  I will take these numbers any day.  Now waiting for my D- screw socket to show up so I can get those little buggers adjusted properly.  It still sounds like I am just a little lean

As I was waiting for the ground to freeze, so I can bring the bike from the back garage to the front garage. Something occurred to me! If I have all six hoses connected to the vac. ports, how will I keep gas flowing from the gas tank?  If I use a tee, will it effect the accuracy of the sync?  Maybe not at all! Have to wait and see.

I did it both with and without the tee.  the difference was very very small.  I am a first timer, but my thought was, it is going to be running with the vacuum line attached to the petcock, so shouldn't I sync it with the vacuum line attached?

You start the bike and use a surgical hose clamp to clamp the hose and then remove it from the back of #6.  It should hold the vacuum.

Hook is right. I pull the tube off of #6, suck on it, and clamp it. Hemostats are perfect. All I had was a small vice-grip and it worked fine.

Some times my head is up my a$$, I have a Mighty Vac, so what is my problem. Some times I just don't think.  Thank You all for your help.

Here's a picture of my new black label boards. A little more expensive for me, but that's ok. They are lead-free, so they can be exported anywhere. Some minor improvements on the graphics. But most important - fast and reliable supply.

Pappy!

TZ - Pretty amazing job you have done on this! Thanks so much for your efforts and for offering it to the community!

You are welcome. It's still fun.

Verical is selling the sensors for $10! That really helps keep the cost down.

Or you could buy one. DigiSync was developed from this idea.

Got it. I do have some boards left. Otherwise, all the info and parts list, including the layouts for do-it-yourself board makers, is free on Github. Just search for digital carb sync.
