and don't forget blindfolded as well.

First month my then 15 year old daughter got her cell phone, was 9000 texts per month.

Since then is only 2-3000 on average per month - UNREAL!  tickedoff

Don't get me started,  wife and I have VERY heated debates on this subject yelling and screaming at each other.   tickedoff

she knows better to text and drive, just every other time she has that phone glued to her fingers.

I just don't get either all this snap chat garbage though taking pics of yourself and sending to others or just taking pics of yourself all the time, for what????????????????

I told her though to stop keeping her phone in her bra area though like most young girls do since not proven either way yet whether the internals of the phone can cause health issues putting so close to her body in that area.

You go to the kids basketball games though and you see 2nd thru 4th graders in the stands NOT watching the BB game, but playing with mommy and daddy's cell phone the entire game.  Just INSANE to me!  tickedoff

My cage sits low and all of us know how our motor sits. But whatever I'm in or on these days the side of a Suburban or Excursion is like a cursed wall that's out to get you cause the S A S O B that's behind the wheel ain't really driving.  uglystupid2 It's usually BUT NOT always a soccer mom or her daughter or the captain of the football team. Sometimes it's the salesman so pressed for time he has to do office work between face to face meetings so the laptop and the cellphone are all employed putting actual driving at the bottom of the list.  Lips Sealed I do on the other hand check my phone when I'm parked. Once again I call for ALL mobile electronic devices to be disabled past 5 M P H. You MIGHT have a "right" to text or talk or use the keyboard. You DO NOT have a "right" to kill me or anybody else because your attention IS NOT on your driving. There are certain times I miss my 18 wheeler.  Roll Eyes RIDE SAFE.

I agree on all the mobile devices being disabled while driving, but the vehicle mfgs. do not and even GM is now putting wi-fi built into some of their vehicles.  How stupid is that???  Just encouraging internet use while driving even just as bad as texting.

The cell phone and car mfgs. need to get together and develop a program that disables all activity while the engine is running plain and simple.  It won't happen, but no one listens to common sense anymore.

I do on occassion eat and drive and everyone drinks (soda/water) and drive am sure.
