Your welcome. Good looking tire for the price.

After just putting another set of Cobra's on

mine I may have to try these out next time.

I wonder what kind of mileage you can get out of them?

Anyone burn through a set?

I haven't found them in the proper size for the Valk.

I have a set of them on my Vulcan and like them a lot.

If they make them in the right size for the Valk I'd run a set.

I've run these on my 84 Goldwing and they lasted pretty well. They have the deepest tread depth of any tire I've seen and I believe they have a load rating of 80. If I'm not mistaken I believe they have speed rating of around 140. They are also very stable and aren't affected by different road surfaces. I had gotten 10,000 out of a rear and about 17,000 out of front. They are about the only tire I use anymore. I'm getting a 99 Interstate on Wednesday if the tires are close to being replaced I'll order some shinko tires for it. The tires are a great deal at the price IMO.

They must be made in the right size, picture is a Valk with that tire so who knows?

From what I can find on Shinko's website:

http://www.shinkotireusa.com/tire/230-tour-master

They make the Tourmaster in a 150/80-17 front but not a 180/70-16 rear.

The closest rear size that they have listed is 150/80-16 which would be considerably narrower and somewhat less overall diameter than the 180/70-16.

I'm not opposed to running one on the front but I prefer to run a matched set of tires.
