The ones I have seen (and I have) are covers, the OEM cap is still there but you put the chrome cap on top of it. Mine is Cobra

I have a Cobra cover for the radiator cap, still in the wrapper. I'll see if I can find a picture of it and add it here. In fact, just remembered I have it listed in the Classifieds. Here's the link.

The Cobra's are
a lot
nicer, but here is the Show Chrome. (some overtigtened the set screws on these and created a leak)

eBay's yer buddy:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-HONDA-OEM-RADIATOR-CAP-MOTORCYCLES-/200885066192?fits=Model%3AValkyrie+Rune+1800&hash=item2ec5aed9d0&vxp=mtr
That listing gives you a part number which can be plugged into any of the online fiches if you prefer to order from them.
ETA:
And -
http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-VALKYRIE-OEM-CHROME-RADIATOR-CAP-/321751350943?hash=item4ae9dffe9f&vxp=mtr
- is the original "fluted" style. Careful inspection of this listing may yield a P/N. If not, I know I have at least one of these as a spare and will get a number from the package.
