Not much to pick from,  Mr. Trump might have a chance.  He is smarter intellectually than the rest of the candidates, just not as 'politically correct' which is another way of saying 'full of _hit'!

He knows what it takes to make businesses profitably, so we might get out of debt someday?   Roll Eyes

He also is probably contributing his OWN money to his OWN campaign, NOT getting rich by campaigning for other taxpayers money.  I never understood that, giving away even 1 dollar to any politician running for office.   uglystupid2

The money from the peons wanting their guy in office is peanuts by  comparison to the money spent to buy a politician and have an edge, input, influence, or something to hold over said politician.   My Ole man always said politicians were bought and paid for, and doing what they were told  errr paid to do.

At least he has the cojones to address this.  Seems that even talking about this legitimate problem in real terms is taboo with the other candidates, both Republican and Democrat.  Gotta address the problem to solve it.

We should know one way or another this week, he's on the record multiple times saying that info will be filed with the FEC this week.

Enough for me the RINO's are crawling out of their holes in full attack against him.  They are surely afraid of something, maybe that he is going to rock their boat.  With both the Senate and House did you ever think that things are the way they are is because that is the way they want it.

There are plenty of politicians that haven't had diametrically opposed positions on major issues of our times. Ex. Once pro-choice now pro-life. Once pro gun control now anti gun control. Once pro universal healthcare now anti. I think it's great to evolve your ideas on things. I think it's B.S. to pander for self aggrandizement.

Its entertainment for him.
Some folks go to Thailand, some to islands in the Carribean. He runs for President.
He isnt even spending all the change on his dresser. He's shaking the tree real hard though.
The fact they had to move the venue in PHX to accomodate more folks is proof of the fatigue we have with the current steaming load of politicians.
Must remember, they're representitives, not leaders. I vote to be represented. I can lead.
I think its too early to make a decision, but he will send aftershocks right up to November.
Between the Confederate flag, gay marriage, bummercare and all the rest, this go round should be a hoot

I think people can change their minds on things, and, they are allowed as we still live in a semi-free country. As mentioned earlier, as long as their mind stays changed for awhile based on beliefs, experience, etc and not political winds.

I know I've sure changed my mind about certain things.
Technology changed my mind about abortion.
I was about as homophobic as one could be at one time, that has changed.
Heck, I was a democrat and maybe even a liberal at one time. That certainly has changed.

The money from the peons wanting their guy in office is peanuts by  comparison to the money spent to buy a politician and have an edge, input, influence, or something to hold over said politician.   My Ole man always said politicians were bought and paid for, and doing what they were told  errr paid to do.

You've just described Hilary.  While she was Sec'y of State, her "foundation grew by the billions.  "Donations" in the millions came from heads of state of other countries.  And they weren't very picky about who they accepted the "donations" from.  Then, all the e-mail communications during the time she was Sec'y of State have vanished, with the private server they were sent and received on being demolished.  I can only imagine the money spent, by whom, to buy an edge, input, influence, or to have something to hold over her.

This, on top of the other scandals, Oh right,....Right Wing Conspiracies, that have plagued her for so many years during every position she's ever held, is STILL not enough to disqualify her in millions of peoples minds from becoming the most important and strongest person in the world.   uglystupid2

I will never understand how ideology can trump (pun intended) doing right, or cause wrong doing.  Electing a person as described above is just plain wrong.  Unless she can account for all the money, every dime, and makes it all completely transparent, she's wrong for America.  Billions buys too much access in one form or another.  The Democrats really can't find another moderately left candidate?  The party is gonna trust a scandal plagued, bought person to lead it?  Wow.   uglystupid2

Oh, I forgot to add (sticking to the question):

I don't know who I am voting for, as there is a year and 4 months left to hear what they have to say.  I am a registered Independent (wasn't thinking at the time) so I won't be voting in the primaries.  So, as of now, If my choice was between Trump or Clinton, Yes, I would vote for Trump.

I'm registered Independent also. But I think you can change it before the primaries if you want.

Reason #43,297 why I love The Republic of Texas. Open primaries - You just walk in the day of the primaries and declare as you head to the voting booth which party you want to vote in. Smiley

(And yeah, I've legitimately voted in the primaries for both sides, and not just as a protest.)

If I were a liberal or a democrat and the choice came down to sanders or clinton,  I'd have to stay seated at the bar and keep on drinking rather than go to the primary and cast a vote. The next day even in the fog of a hangover I'd have to seriously give consideration of my choice of party.

I'm personally pulling for Rick Santorum myself. But, I'm DEFINITELY Gonna Vote AGAINST "Billary", No Matter What!!  That being said, if Donald Trump is my Best Possible Way to keep the Clintons from getting back in the White House, then my mark will go in the box beside Donald Trump's Name!!  Just Remember, it's Extremely Important to GET OUT THERE AND VOTE!!......No Matter How Fed Up With The Whole Process You May Be!!  You may not be able to find anyone that's Truly Worth endorsing with your vote.......But You Can ALWAYS Figure Out Who You MOST WANT TO KEEP THE HELL OUT!!  If you can't feel confident voting For Anyone, Then VOTE AGAINST Someone!!
