Just about any demonstration of putting unknown substances in your mouth ends up being funny. Who hasn't gone to the fridge to get a quick chug of milk, only to discover it has turned to chunks and really tastes sour? (good thing the sink is always nearby..... ptooey)

Raw goat milk for me. 65% of the world drinks it. The corporate dairy industry doesn't want you to know because they don't want to have to live with its limitations. Cows milk is so much easier to manipulate and distribute.

My favorite is right out of the milking tank about 10 minutes after it leaves the cow. Extra fat on top to eat with a spoon. Or non pasturized goat milk, it's the best for making homemade icecream.

I'm a little old for it but it's still my favorite. Haven't had much for a rather long while. Bovine 1% would come in second.

When I worked part time summers on a dairy farm in my youth, the farmer/owner use to let me drink cows milk right in the vat/tank - WOW, awesome.
Now do 2% but probably should go down to 1% but no way can I do skim milk, no way.
I also love chocolate milk but the fat content am sure being higher is not good for me as much as we age, but is better than soda pop still.
Gotta love the dairy state.

Back when I had a dairy goat, we used to make a lot of homemade ice cream. We also had some domestic ducks that were laying eggs. Made some of the best ice cream.
