Fort Walton Beach, Florida I'm a simple man, I like pretty, dark haired woman and breakfast food.

There is a strange irony here in the two pics of New York, anyone?

That's freaking awesome, thanks for sharing! They projected an image of the Hindu Goddess my eldest daughter is named after onto the Empire State Building, how cool!

And it really happened as well!

It's a very powerful name, and thank you...

And yeah, times have changed. Much higher image detail on the newer ones!

As far as the actual implication, the 1950's are still current in some parts of the country. Evidently Oklahoma City has a few buildings that do this every Christmas:

I used to say that if the end of the world ever comes I'll just to go Louisiana, since they're 20 years behind the rest of us anyway, but I guess it'd be even better to go to Oklahoma, since they're evidently 60 years behind!  Cool

I have an old Norton that after you spend an hour or so on, you remember that the good old days had the help of youthful energy to make them the good old days. (And younger legs to kick start the SOB, my knee is killing me from starting it today.)
