I fail to see the problem.

These people intend to peacefully exercise their right of free speech to protest against a group of people that want all of us dead.

I say more power to them and I wish them well in their protest.

Well, Louis Farrakan is having a "Justice or Else" rally at the same time as an alternative for the anti-anti islam crowd.

Justice....or else, just what this country needs.

radical Islamists need to be eradicated, plain and simple...  they bring nothing to the table that is any good for anyone that doesn't believe in their extremist views...

I have no problem with their right to protest, but the problem I have is the emphasis on guns. Why guns, are they pushing another agenda or looking to make a confrontation on the gun issue. If there is violence it is not going to be a good advertisement in the argument the right to bear arms.

This kind of ignorant behavior is exactly the kind of thing that could work against our rights to bear arms and give the administration the very ammunition they need to put more controls on them. Remember their motto never let a good crisis go unused. Why don't the Muslims or Louis Farrakhan tell his people to bring guns? All out civil war great idea. NOT.

The take over of this country is going to be done without a shot. Example was gay marriage, or the patriot act, regardless of how you feel on any situation. This is how its done in a politically correct society by rule of law by courts by special interests, unless you have such overwhelming force to escalate it to an all out civil war.

This is a clip from the article, read the last line it carefully.

"We are fully prepared to facilitate or mitigate any incidents this coming weekend," Haddad said. "We have coordinated with the FBI, U.S. Attorney, the intelligence community, state, county and local agencies for a tactical plan."

Two counterprotests were being planned on Facebook, though it's unclear where they would hold their events.

On Monday, Muslim-American groups held a conference call with the FBI and Department of Justice, according to the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) and other groups. Federal officials urged Muslims and others to contact law enforcement if they feel threatened on the day of the protests by any activity.

What is it about Farrakans "Justice or Else" protest march doesn't seem to raise any concern among the islamic and non-islamic population, or the commentators?

When the moderate, sensible, informed folks become apathetic and self absorbed, it allows the nut bags of the world to voice their ideas. When political correctness dictates that we allow it, it becomes dangerous. Soon, the fringe becomes commonplace.

Remember the Mohammad cartoon event in Texas I believe?  2 of those wonderful Muslims showed up with guns.  While I don't agree with requesting people to bring guns to this rally, it is well within their rights to do so.  Do a youtube search on violence against Christians at the Arab rally in Dearborn.better to have it and not need it, but it does give ammo to the anti Gunn crowd as shown by some of the post here.

I went to the ANTI-MUSLIN rally and found two groups protesting.

There were the "open carry anti-muslim protesters" and also a group that was "pro-muslim". Both groups were so way off base that it was comical.

The "open carry anti-muslim group" were not aware that the "pro-muslim supporters" would be there. They were protesting against bringing Syrian refugees into Michigan, and current Sharia law in Dearborn  and it's teaching schools. However there is no Sharia laws or teaching in the public schools. Talk about being misinformed.

The "pro-muslim group" was calling the other group "Nazis" and "Facists" supported by the Federal government. Certainly NOT TRUE.
They also claim harrasment of muslims and muslims not being able to practice their faith. Again NOT TRUE.
But the strangest thing is that their were no muslims supporting this group.

Near the close of this demonstration several "Arabs" did come to see what the idiocy was all about.

Let's have a few more of these kinds of rally's. Maybe we can prod a few more militants over to jihad.

Not enough people there for a good skirmish let alone a civil war.

Nice enough day for a ride I am guessing.

Yawn...........
