Floorboard questions , Driver & Passenger

Hello I posted this on the Tech board.

Hey Everyone I am considering getting some floorboards and I have some questions.
Your thoughts and advice are welcome, please give me some. 

First off I am waiting for a response from a member on a Rattlebars heel-toe shifter, with that being said.  Will they work without extra stuff, IE; brackets, lowering kit etc ?

Also what are your thoughts on a heel - toe shifter, I have only used one about 10 years ago on my Buddies Ultra Classic.

I have Cobra floorboards with Rattlebars heel toe shifter and lowering kit.  I had the same setup on the Rocket III and the Tourer before it.  Love the heel toe shifter.  I have 34" inseam and the lowering kit really helped.  Also Showchrome risers helped with the comfort too.

I just put cobra floorboards on last week. No lowering kit and I just moved the shifter lever up a notch, No Issues

I enjoy the heel toe shifter.  Way easier to shift.  I have two on two bikes and looking for a spare for "just in case i need it". My valkyries shift smoother with the shifter.

Thanks for the responses still looking at the floorboards but they are expensive, at least to me.  I just saw a post from Ken about an add on heel toe shifter and i have ordered the 1800 shifter like he did and will follow his pictures and instructions.  I have the same foot peg as Ken so i will wait and see how it goes when I get it installed.  But I like the looks of the Floorboards, so time will tell.
Also would like to get some passenger floorboards for the Wife and kids to enjoy.
