I don't think the Matazu racks will follow the curve of the OEM bags very well.  They look like they would be higher in the middle than the ends.  The racks on the bags in the ebay link you shared look very much like my racks, which are made by Cobra.

I think you might be right.  I see that those on eBay and on your lids have 4 rails and the other have 5. 

Your look nice...and pretty darn big as well....

Also see another difference - 1 has a 3 point attachment and the other 4 points of attaching

Hmmm, I think the one on the bags on the eBay link are 3 point mounted.  I don't think I would like that set up.

Yes, one on the front and two on the back.  It hasn't been an issue.  I don't use the racks except as bling and to keep passenger boots from scuffing the lids.  Oh, and as something to lift the lid with when opening the bags.

3 point mounts actually fit better then some of the 4 point ones. Had a 4 point on my other Valkyrie that took some finagling to get just right.
