Since my wife retired, I do most of the grocery shopping. One weekend I was just trying to get her out of the house so I “encouraged” her to come shopping with me. I had to agree to let her look at the clothes. We get to the store and she suggests we both get a cart and I get the groceries while she looks at clothing. I complete the shopping and find her in the jewelry section checking out ear rings. “You’re through already?” she asks. “I haven’t even gotten to the clothes yet!” I look at the cold and frozen food in the basket and suggest that I checkout, take them home, then come back and get her. ( sigh ) Why do I put up with her.  Oh yeah, that’s why. |
