I was a friend of Ernie's, and have followed him on that green n silver blower bike all over. it was set up for solo riding most of the time. I was with him when he had the back fender "tattooed" with "If its not blown, it must suck" lol
The tattoo as described is definitely on the back fender...
Kinda hidden with the trunk and saddlebags on, but I will change that soon. Mike brought a LOT of extra parts, including seats.
