Picked up a set of used stock pipes off ebay for low price of 150.00. Very good shape. Had some rust on underside of headers. So thanks to RDKLL and Darksider, giving me great info with pics, I started the mod today. Good thing about when I get this on. I can then clean up my cobras when they off the bike. First time with photobucket, hope it works.

Pretty much RDKLL. Your turndowns are 12 inches long. Mine are 15. And got the 4in. to 5in. It's a truck stack. Gonna take it to muffler shop and have it welded on Tuesday. Wish he was open today or tomorrow.  Angry I'm waiting on a shift rod seal from partzilla. Which wont be here till at least Wednesday. Gonna change it while I have the shifter apart. With my cobras I didn't have to remove it to remove exhaust. DAng I'm ready to ride !!!

BradValk, I have cobras 6 into 6 with no baffles and my neighbor next to me said she can barely hear when I leave. Not at all if she's in the back of her house. And no she is not old. LOL

Yah, but starting those things up like my neighbor use to do with his HD at 3 a.m. to go to work and let it idle for 20 minutes for no good reason before he takes off will definitely not be liked.  tickedoff

Sure glad MY neighbor sold or is in the process of selling his HD getting out of riding since in his 60's and having hand/nerve damage issues causing cramping in his hands and loss of strength.
