Hadn't heard from Kirk in a long time.
Regarding Lamont's girlfriend, we were at a get together in Maggie Valley and had most of the hotel booked.  If I remember correctly, while we were all milling about in the parking lot, telling lies and kicking tires, a tour bus pulled up with a church group that evidently were on a field trip to one of the casino's bus broke down and another bus had retrieved them and brought them to our hotel to spend the night.  They were really giving us the eye and first but after a while some of the more intrepid members came out and started talking with us and looking at the bikes and Lamont asked them if they wanted to go for a ride and a couple of them took him up on it.

Interesting, I started this with the Lincoln Highway and then saw one post about the Lincoln Highway.

Here's a post card going way back.  My relation in ft. Wayne a long time ago, a walk on the LH.

Took a ride with baird4444 today above Ouray to the old mine.  Came back down and enjoyed a yummy mushroom swiss burger at Maggie's Kitchen.

Great backyard + great bike = great day!
