Eddy, NEVER admit to being "off a little bit." It gives people too much ammunition. :2funny:

Another great RTE!!!!!  Had a great ride over all, and it was great to see some familiar faces that hadn't been seen (at least by me) in a while. I didn't get a head count, but it was a good crowd. A little over 200 miles for me, and only 2 minor injuries. After leaving the Blackwater Inn, I got stung twice by suicide bombers. One hit me right dead in the throat, and just left a red mark. The other got caught under the collar of my T-shirt and stung the right side of my neck. Nothing serious, as I am not allergic, but it was cursed uncomfortable for a while. I rode by Crystal HD on the way home, and did a test ride of a new 2017 HD Road Glide. If I am ever in the Market for a new Harley, it will be the Road Glide, for sure. I will probably not get rid of my Valkyrie until old age prevents me from riding on 2 wheels, and I like my Electra Glide, but the aero-dynamics of the Road Glide fairing and the taller handlebars make for a very comfortable ride.

Don, you got hit by that special species of HD bees! They don't bother the ones with 100% Valkyrie blood and they totally give up on the ones who have the new Valkyrie blood as they know those are past the point.   They will only go after you when you are on a Valkyrie and the sting makes you go the the HD dealer, maybe one more sting and you would have bought that road glide.

Sorry I missed it, looks like a good time was had.  But sadly prior commitments kept me working Sat.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.
