a young 26 year old guy I used to work with, WAY overweight well over 350lbs., went on a NO sugar diet and has lost over 50lbs. already. Sugar is not good for you period, but oh tastes so good in moderation.
Honey for my coffee. I Did quit using half and half in my coffee though. Pure maple syrup on my hot cake or waffles. Some brown sugar for my oatmeal. When I have bacon or sausage I drain and squeeze the excess grease out of the meat. I noticed since I quit using that brown "stuff" they call syrup and made the switch to Pure Maple Syrup my stomach problems have just about ceased. Look at the label on the brown "stuff" they call syrup. Some-hell-most of them are Chemical names. RIDE SAFE.
