It seems that the next most difficult item to find in the used Valkyrie universe after OEM windshield hardware are used saddle bag rails.  There are some boys up in Dallas that have rails for sale on Ebay and the price seems reasonable.   Any comments on Quailty, Fit, Construction and service from these guys by past costumers would be helpful.......are they club members or just a vendor ??   Thanks

They're so good that real ones are cheap now. I paid $600 for mine almost ten years
ago, I can see a OEM set sold for $192 in April on eBay.

I bought an aftermarket set off ebay for about $175.  The chrome on them was damagesd when I got them.  I contacted the seller and he apologized and sent me a new set before iI even returned the bad ones.  I am very satisfied with them and the service.

Yes, very high quality.

I think this is my third summer running them, they look new.

You will need two little spacers for under the bags attachment points from what I remember; easy to source.

I found them perfectly fine. Not the same quality as the Honda OEM but more than adequate. I did have to tweak them a bit to get them to line up but after that all was good, especially at a fraction of the cost of OEM.

I would wrap them in something before the install to check for proper alignment and any needed tweaking. The wrap is to protect your paint, chrome etc. because they do tend to flip around.

Mine came well packed and wrapped.  cooldude

Happy with mine from Texas !  cooldude
Oldfishguy is correct on the spacers.
3rd year for me and still look fine.
No troubles for me on fitment / alignment.

Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
