AS INFORMATION TO ALL :::
I, GABBY, called the hotel on Monday to ask when they were going to open the registration, and was told, WE ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY BOOKED UP. If you want a room for DRU you need to do it today. I also received a voicemail this morning that the rooms were going fast and that I needed to book them no later than today--Tuesday. I did not jump any gun or get excited. I was just trying to get a room at ground zero on a ground floor==handicapped room==on the resturant end---I got a reservation-double room and hopefully on the right end. I tried to let others know so they will not be disappointed with rooms on the wrong end-presidential rooms with exorbant prices, and SURPRISES when arriving. I was trying to give a heads-up to everyone of what was happening at the hotel.
I will try to shut up now !!!!!

I do appreciate you caring about all the people wanting to come getting a room. Steve and I were just surprised the hotel is already that booked. Our plan was to release all the information the first week of july. But now that the cat is out of the bag, lets sell this thing out.  I'll go ahead and make a seperate post with phone number, address, dates ect. I forget what rate we got so I'll have to talk with steve again later for that. Sorry I jumped your crap Gabby |

Got my room. They are filling up fast. I thought the hotel was not going to take reservations until July. What's the deal? We have not released it yet to the public. I guess Gabby got a little excited. I am not aware that they are ready to take reservations yet. We do have lots of rooms blocked off. Gabby, in the future please wait until we release the information before you do. I guess you didn't get your name for nothing. That's what I thought. Since the proverbial cat has now escaped the bag, is registration now open? Or will registering now cause problems? Is this event open to all? Will there be spare alternators on site? Is Indiana a dry county? Don't worry about all that gig, just ''cum stain with us''  |

Mark has had some knee problems. Porbably will have surgery. Doubtful if he could come.

So, is the hotel fully booked or can anyone verify that. Yeah, I could call but, it's more fun to ask here. Was considering riding the Valkyrie there instead of loading it into the RV/Toyhauler and staying in the hotel this year but, that appears to not be an option this year. Honestly, that's a good thing. More folks means more good friends to meet, greet and eat with. Good times for all. I highly encourage anyone that can attend to do so. This is a fun event............... Doing everything I can to make this one!!! |

JUST TALKED TO THE MOTEL AT 7:19PM TODAY AND WE HAVE 40 ROOMS BOOKDED. AND THEY ARE GOING TO JUST KEEP ADDING ROOMS TILL THEY HAVE NO ROOMS LEFT |
