Leaving Tueday for InZane.

Well the bike is ready with a new rear tire and oil change. All I have to do is pack my stuff and load up the bike. Looks like we're in for some very hot weather for the first couple of days. There saying 117 degrees in Vegas on Tuesday. I'm going to leave early and try to beat some of the heat. I may have to hang around the hotel until my room is ready. I'll be meeting Steve Frank, George , John G and Donna there as well. We only have to do around 200 miles a day to get to Billings so we should be able to stop and smell the roses so to speak. I won't have a computer with me so I'll try to post now and then on my smart phone. I'm going to keep a log and take pictures so I can write a ride report when I get back. I'm still thinking about my return home and I may go west and come down along the coast. Should be gone around 2 or 3 weeks as I may and stop and visit my Aunt and Cousin in northern California. I wish more of you could join us as the InZane's are lots of fun.

The Bank thermometer said 119* on my ride home work an hour ago. Tomorrow Brenda and I are driving to Barstow to pick up our motorhome that exploded its transmission 10 days ago. Going to be a hot, sweaty ride in the motorhome.

Yeah Rob, not going to be a pleasant drive if you don't have A/C in the motorhome. It's supposed to be even hotter tomorrow. Take your cool vest, cool bead neck scarf, ice chest, and plenty of bottles of cold water, and hope you don't break down on the road home. Good luck amigo....rick
