A lot of photobucket users had some favorite photo in their VRCC
signature, so now they have instead that "Please Update Your
Account..." message as their signatures... y'all are all welcome
to change your signature to this:

I'm in the process of deleting all of my 'sensitive' pics from Photobucket.  Too bad I can't easily delete or  transfer them all back to my computer.

Is there a way to do that?   I'm done with photobucket.

Disclaimer, I've never used Photobucket, but:

'when logged in and viewing your album you should see to the top right a link saying "album options", click on it then select "download this album" it will take you through to a dialogue box that will prepare your download and ask you to repeat a code in the box (this to check that you are a human not a spybot etc ) and then a button is there "zip files" click on it and it will then take you to another dialogue box which tells you that your download is ready and will be available for 24 hrs. click download when you're ready to download
your pics may not be in their original resolution because Photobucket has a size limitation for the free accounts but at least you will have them.

hope this helps'

Did that help, or should I search for another way?

I have down loaded most of mine, the bigger albums I had to copy pics in smaller lots to a new album then download from there, if it didn't start the download I opened the album in a new tab and tried again, mostly it worked...... still doing it as I have thounands of images in the biggest album ..... and lots I dont have backup after loosing a hard drive with a failure and lost all its content
