No one with an IQ above 5 and a pulse denies that climate change has been going on for billions of years. So that is really not part of the discussion.

As for warming and cooling yes that has been going on also.

The discussion is what effect does man have on it. Some say yes, so say no, some say major and some say minor.

NO ONE HAS DEFINITIVELY PROVEN IT YES OR NO and I suspect never will. Some have used altered facts and been caught, that just adds to the uncertainty and doubt. Some have based conclusions on less than solid facts and reasoning, that does not help either.

IT AIN'T GOING TO BE SOLVED ON THIS BOARD.

And the latest crazy bright idea of punishing (man made) global warming deniers is just that crazy.  
If they could prove it then why would they be wanting to shutdown the discussion?

Folks with an agenda have managed to turn the discussion into a circus rather than a discussion and have tainted the subject with lies, corruption and crime.

It is no longer about climate change and has not been for a long time. It is about power, control and money. I have said enough.

That was a purely political link.  I did read it but didn't bother going to the Snoops rebuttal. I didn't need to because of the well established reputation of Lamar Smith.  A onetime Breitbart contributor from Texas whose funding comes from oil and gas companies and is well known for making baseless claims and attacks on scientific organizations and researchers.  Typical politician protecting his backer. 

Provide me with  sources of findings of scientific evidence that have been duplicated by and confirmed multiple times by legitimate scientific organizations confirming there is no effect on climate by burning fossil fuels.  If you believe science is manipulated by money you are incorrect.  Scientists love nothing better than being able to disprove claims of competitors. It's how fame and reputations are established.  Fake claims are soon disproven as the fake science of climate change deniers has been.  The Republican Party has a real problem having backed themselves into a corner denying global warming. You may rest assured you will soon moderate their stand to a more realistic version. In private they are being convinced of the Science but need to be wary of offending their base that selects candidates based on how willing they are to promote conspiracy theories and project constituents anger of helplessness.

I'm so sorry that the Earth has become such a terrible place for you to live.

Maybe you and Al Gore can catch the next shuttle flight to Mars. 

Or perhaps mankind should be exterminated so as to allow the Earth to return to its natural state (whatever that is).

You refer to an "unexplained" rapid rise in temperature but then postulate that it is indeed explained.
And as I'm sure you're well aware you can't prove a negative.
I expect your peer reviewed correlated scientific data showing the alleged rise in temperatures is not from women wearing skimpier clothing to the beach.

I can say it myself but these articles and people are better qualified to say its a hoax. Whats really shocking is they are confident enough and secure enough in there power and position to implement a global warming policy, that they are not trying anymore to keep it a secret. If Trump had not come into the picture we would be on the hook for billions possibly trillions of dollars and under Obama we have already given a billion to them. I certainly didn't know Obama gave the UN a billion for the climate did anyone else hear this when it was happening?
