As stated in a previous post, I have zero interest in football. But as a Vietnam vet I do have serious interest in our country, flag and anthem. First does your heart not just break for the child strapped to the dad
in the picture Serk posted. Just imagine what kind of a person that child will be molded into. Sad. Has anyone seen in of the accounts surrounding Michael Bennett. According to a lot of videos his account of what
happened is total BS. I know things racially here are not perfect, but when you have people like him, Tawana Brawley, the stripper and the Duke team, good ole Rev. AL ( and I use the term Rev loosely) etc etc etc lying about situations they just exacerbate the real problems. Plus the lies are never spoken to, they just become false facts." hands up, don't shoot". Regardless of the evidence how many people to this day are
convinced that is the truth. Are cops perfect, heck no. They are people just like any other profession. Some are flawed....BUT....when your house is broken into, your wife is assaulted, who do we call. One of the cry
baby NFL players. We all know the answer. I am so sick of hearing about this crappppppp..... Having said all of that tomorrow morning I am riding my beautiful 98 fast black Tourer to Columbus Ga. to visit my sister
in the hospital. She is in really bad shape. COPD and numerous other problems. Her name is Gail. Please pray for her. And lets all pray for our President and the most beautiful country on Gods green earth.

OH, this  is now a mine is bigger than yours debate.

I don't know kapernick, don't care to.  Apparently he is the nitwit that started this crap because a police officer was cleared for doing his job. I could care less about him or the NFL. I do care about those who choose to disrespect our flag or anthem. I'm one that believes he and the others are being disrespectful and displaying that disrespect at the wrong time and in the wrong location.

If you are a kapernick fan, thats fine with me.

No, that's not what this is. 'Articles' like that are just another attempt to create and/or reinforce division and strife on a subject that is already loaded with it.

If it was a real attempt to inform the public of his charity, it would mention all the other organizations that received his $$. They could then add something about what some would see as a controversial donation. But that's not what these outfits are interested in.

Well thanks for clearing that up. I'll not post what kapernick's mother had to say. It doesn't matter.

Isn't it interesting that "articles" that seem to be slightly biased against our position are BS and divisive while those that are very heavily biased and attack the side against our position are informative?   2funny

Let's not make this into something it's not. The only places you can find this are the BS rightwing clickbait sites.

The Washington Times is considered a "BS rightwing clickbait site" now?

I encounter FAR more idiots than maniacs... In fact, I very very rarely see any maniacs on the road...

Hmmm... that might mean I should tone it down a bit...
