Well this morning I made a trip to Sams Club, got gas went inside to get a few things and then home. Lunch time, little bowl of soup lite lunch watching the news commentator talking to guest on drones, said they are getting extremely worried about them. Said caught cartel members the other day with an armed drone with explosives and shrapnel bomb attached to it. "Back to Sam's visit" i always like to stroll through the electroniccs section which is right in front check out all the gadgets and tv's. Display right as you walk in on end panel had  2 drone displays one 99 bucks the other 999.00. The 99 dollar on has a nerf pistol attached to it. can practice shot at objects or friends . Later arm a real one for the strike. Now the 999.00 is real interesting. This one has a camera mounted controler with video screen and remode drive it with ease. Looking at the card on display turned to the back and, Oh yaaa baby!!!! use your smart phone open a map tap a target miles away and drone will fly to that location. Will avoid objects on the way. Oh ya and yes you can make it follow a specific target as well.  crazy2  uglystupid2 Any of you guys or gals out there cheating on your spouse better keep an eye on the sky for sure. Smiley

Probably only 5.  Grin it is highly illegal to put any kind of weapon on a drone. I remember a youtube video where a couple guys put a glock on one and got in all kinds of federal trouble. The feds ruin all of our fun.

Yep, I'm sure those intending to commit crimes where a drone would facilitate the desired outcome will not do so should such things be made illegal.................

Not really,  drones do not go 55-60 mph to keep up with most cycles/cars on the highway.  My guess is top speed 35-40 mph or so is all.  Is a neat idea though just would not feel comfy with a 1000 dollar drone loosing connection with the object ahead of it and dropping out of the sky never to be found or broken.  Plus, most drones do not fly on a single charge of a battery for over 1 hour, if that.
