I managed to get down 9 16oz beers in 10 minutes (in my heyday). (5'9" 160 19yo)
It was draft in glasses, not cans or bottles. And we made sure it was not ice cold, just cool.
We who organized this event of 4 man (or 5 women) teams, did not put in a rule about keeping it down.
Good thing, because I barfed out perfectly good beer twice in that 10 minutes. I wasn't sick at all, I just had to make room twice because I was full up. (there was a row of windows conveniently behind the beer drinking team tables).
Out of 16 teams, and two heats, amazingly the one 5 girl team came in third, and deserved honorable mention.
I had never before (or since) got so shitfaced so quickly in my life.

Milk...I'd have to do that challenge settin on the crapper. I like it but it doesn't like me. We did the whiskey challenge when I was a youngster. 6 shots in 30 seconds. The deal was you had to keep it down as well. Didn't see many winners in that game and it was played outside for obvious reasons.  I have bad memories about soap in my mouth when I was a kid. You have to admit though, the pods are purdy. |
