I heard Clark Howard warn of this scam this past Friday. The local radio station WHIO is quite good during commercial breaks of putting out warnings that Clark has been made aware of. There has got to be a way for law enforcement to go after scamers after our money no matter where they live. They are just as bad as any bank robber.
