Do you have these, Paul? Do you like them? I'm looking to change my pants...

As a public service announcement, I would like to voice my opinion on another brand - Diamond Gusset.
I own probably 4-5 pair if these, but will not purchase any from now on.
They charge you $15 shipping, but will not deliver to your door! The $15 means you MUST go to the Post Office to collect your wares. Calls and emails to "customer service" were ignored.
D-G is expensive, $150 a pair ( I waited till on sale - ~$100). Competitors are much less expensive.

Also, the "gusset" means there is 4 times the amount of seams in your "area". That means 4 times the discomfort (although lots of ballroom - ymmv).
I have since got the Duluth Firehose and Aerostich (I think) riding pants to evaluate, but D-G has lost me due to their stupid $15 shipping. Shame on them.

I thought that was a USPO thing. They don't deliver bigger boxes here either.  No matter who sends them. Since the carriers use their cars, not a mail truck.  Plus their big pkg shipping cost is higher than the other 2 big carriers.  Ticks me off - they were paid more yet make me drive 8 miles and lose a day to get the pkg.  And damage more pkgs, and lose them and misdeliver first class mail.  Such that I put on my web site, don't send me pkgs or anything valuable via the USPO.  They also have a rule - on rural routes, if your mailbox is a quarter mile from your house they won't bring the pkg to your door - they hung their hat on that rule on me, but the distance is 300 yds.

Mark:
I signed the notification my regular carrier left on the porch, with a note to “please deliver”.
Don’t care if it was uspo rule or not, D-G got an extra $15 for me to travel to Post Office. I hate paying for shipping, but expect it delivered to my door! Product comes in a box the size of a medium pizza.
I’m done with them, lots of other options cooldude

yeah, they look just like the cheap jeans I get at Walmart. And "5 belt loops" is NOT a sign of quality.

Sorry to hear your bad experience Gig.

Yes the denim is thinner than the dragginjeans no doubt and the leg not as long either

I have not paid 15 and they shipped to my porch twice  (one black and one blue pants)

I wore the dragginjeans when I went down in 2002 and still wear those pants !   The road surface wore the jean in the knee thru but the kevlar still is fine. Just need a vrcc patch to cover that  : )

Can I suggest everyone looking for jeans, overall or work clothes try this https://www.round-house.com/

They are an American company in Oklahoma. They are made in America.   I use there overalls for riding in and they are nice and fairly priced.  And no, I do not have any ties to the company.

Levi's, Carharts are made overseas in third world countries.
