with him having a gun, he should whacked the dirtbag 10xs harder knocking him out for good.

My wife comments that she is not comfortable going to a gas station where the neighborhood is sketchy since reports of dirtbags coming up either robbing them pumping gas or sneaking in from other side of car while pumping gas opening passenger door to try to rob whatever is in the front seat. 

I say if the perv does not have a gun (sometimes hard to tell) good luck getting away with it.  Even my heavy duty metal 3 foot long ice scraper/brush in my backseat floor will do some damage over the head.

Even reports of teenagers in same town stealing vehicles left running in otherwise safe residential neighborhoods going for joy rides and ditching them miles away. 

Would also depend on my mood of the day if this ever happened..  If I am already pissed off,  then I might just end up in jail myself killing someone.

He probably gave it all he had. But yeah, would have been better if he was drinking out of a sippee cup for the 20 year incarceration.
