I'm sitting at a stoplight first in line, three lanes plus a left turn lane.  I'm in the middle.  Seems like I can hear someone hollering at me.  I look left.  A blond lady in a white pickup has her windows down and is expressing herself loudly.  I'm not good at judging age.  She's a younger woman.  I'm sixty-seven.  They're all younger women.  This one is probably early forties, mother of middle schoollers.

"I love your bike!  That is awesome!"

The light turned green.  They'll wait for me.  "She's a pretty one!  You're awfully pretty yourself!"

I pulled straight through the intersection and she turned to the left.  It's nice when we can all drive away as winners.

Amazing, when a beautiful young woman speaks to you, and smiles, it can just really make your day!

Daisy May, the yellow Standard.  She's my pretty lady.

My other Valks have been badly neglected over the past many months.  I did get the Interstate out today.  It's been awhile.  Amazing how heavy she feels after riding the trimmed down Standard.  I know it's the same engine size and wheel base but it just feels like so much more.

Well, Daisy May is a looker, that's for sure....

Nice, I've been looking at a picture of your ride all month, just flipping the calendar today.

Yes, my wife had to remind me that I missed the first week of that display she looks good even suffering from my photographic skills.  I can't take much credit.  I bought the bike (Daisy May) from Hotglue and I've only added a few small chrome items.  I'm pretty well taken with her.
