That is about as dumb as a liberal state can get.......my in laws live in the turd state of cali and I have learned to NEVER discuss politics with them as they are Stupid in there way of thinking.

Then you promise them not to use it if they don't murder again (but use it if they do).
Paying people (from taxpayer's money) not to kill taxpayers is not a proper administration of justice. We pay high dollars for police, prosecutors, judges, and prisons, and they should administer justice.
