I am moving to Florida from NYC sometime early August and will be shipping my bike.  Transport company recommendations?

Thanks!

Don't have a good referral - but avoid Haulbikes.  They will PISS YOU OFF with slow delivery, broken promises and damage to your bike.  And you get to pay plenty for that.

If one can get it shipped that cheap, one would be foolish to not seriously consider it.

I’ve personally used Rams services to pickup a small cargo trailer( pull behind my bike ) in Oklahoma and deliver to me in New  Castle Pa. Well his son deliver it. I have never met Ron personally, but we’ve have talk on the phone a few times. Would highly recommended Ron !!!

I haven't used these yet - but I did get good quotes. I'm considering using him when I move to KC.

I used Shipping masters and was very happy. They are a booking agent and the company that hauled the bike was CRST. Look them up and deal with them direct. You'll save $80 and they ship on a metal pallet and use a fork lift to handle it.

I had an ST1100 shipped to Orlando from NJ. I used 50 Mobile Transport. It was about $375 if I remember right. He was transporting several bikes and picked up/delivered some along the way. 2 days from pick up to delivery. Easy communication and the bike arrived safe and undamaged.
