At Ameraicade we got test ride the new Gold Wings for two demo rides. Handling was great along with very aggressive front brakes. The DCT Tranmission was an interesting mix. Their is a trust factor here when executing a 90% corner when starting out but the transmission rapidly upshifts so no fear of falling over. Also when coming to a stop the trans will gradually shift down to 1 st gear if your in automatic or Manuel mode. The engine is strong but much faster in Sport mode like my Valkyrie. Would i buy one hmmm maybe next year.

sure, why not buy for 30K?   

if I lived down south more when can ride year round,  I might splurge spending over 10K on any motorcycle, but until then, my limit is 10 grand on any cycle regardless of what it is for such limited 6-7 months of riding season per year. 

then again,  why do I own 5 motorcycles for 2 riders in the family all 5 valued combined at around 18K?

Is anyone reprogramming the chips yet to get around that 112 MPH governor? I know no one rides there much but knowing I couldn't would probably stop me from buying the bike.
