I've now unpacked all my boxes at the new house.

Missing.

One open bag of starburst mints. Everything else that was on the shelf with them is unpacked.

Missing.

One open box of raisins.

Everything else that was on the shelf with them is unpacked.

These 2 items were in separate cupboards and were packed in separate boxes but with the items that were in the separate cupboards.

Missing.

Trickle Charger  Angry

How the f does a trickle charger disappear.  Evil

I have looked through every kitchen cupboard here for the first 2 items. They aren't hiding in plain sight.

Yep, I even looked in the fridge.  Cheesy

My little paranoid head conjured up that a hand was forced into a few boxes and one thing withdrawn. But that's just silly.

Yeah, that paranoia will destroy ya.  Hope your raisins reappear.

The trickle charger is packed with the laundry soap. Every time I have ever moved I think that stuff migrates in transit

Perhaps the opened packages were tossed as garbage, and hopefully the charger is still to be found in a box of towels or similar.

I’m pretty sure I saw SmokinJoe and Hubcap eating raisins on the ride yesterday.  Wink

If you're sure it's not buried in your stuff, email the mover and ask if they forgot to deliver a trickle charger (with a link to the exact charger in question).

Questions will be asked, and it might magically appear later.

My favorite moving story is how I got 13-15,000 rounds of ammo moved by my (final) military mover, when no ammo was supposed to be moved at all.  Movers get paid by weight (and ammo is heavy).

Nothing exploded (of course).

Brief lunch ride and on the way home I stop at Alexanders
http://alexandersstore.com/

This is a country department store.

I buy some ammunition just in case I buy anything to replace the ones lost during the fishing boat accident.

Open right saddlebag to load ammo and lying there coiled up like a sleeping snake is my trickle charger.

It has a big grin on its face and is waving a small flag with "Ha-Ha" on it.

I want to know who the heck put it there  Evil

If that's the only brain fart you have this year, you're doing fine.  Grin

I have two pair of good (Varilux/seamless) trifocals.  I take extra pairs of glasses on trips in case one gets lost/broken.  They are helpful when riding/driving, and reading too.

I cannot find my extra pair anywhere (they did not go into the motel) (they may not have made it to the bike before the trip).

I'll probably find them in the freezer or some other logical place, one of these days.

I already checked the washing machine.   crazy2
