Yeah Sad, but the mother is out of line. It is not the companies fault that the girl didn't read the package of what she was eating. It is clearly marked.
The company has no responsibility or liability here, and should not be forced to re-lable all their packaging. It is up to people with allergies to read the package on what they are eating.

Every place I ever worked made it a point to Fight and Overcome-COMPLACENCY. While I was Not In attendance  the description I read kinda sorta points in that direction. Course I have like ZERO idea how I'd feel if it were my child.  Well a Very SLIM idea of how I'd feel.  We ALL git in a hurry at times and from my up close and personal perspective-Father of 6 Children-I KNOW they git-children-in a hurry more so than adults. It's what ya call human nature. I also understand that Mother will NEVER get over her pain and loss. RIDE SAFE.
