I like it, but don't want to encourage anyone to run into me. Frankly, there are enough people texting, eating, yelling at their kids, etc. that are apparently trying to run me down. I don't need to inspire anybody.

A dozen or so years back a guy in California, I believe, was sitting bumper cars on top frames with v-twin motors in them.  Saw one at OCC last time we were there.

A lot nicer than a sidecar......
