Just saying HI. If you see me riding on the road for those 10 days, honk / wave / say hi! I'll be the guy with a grin from ear to ear, riding my 'new' 2000 Black/Red Interstate.

  • Flying in, picking up in Tulsa, OK. Staying for couple of days.
Riding to visit on 1970's Army buddy in Evansville Indiana
Stopping in Columbus Ohio for some shuteye
    Family reunion in Rochester, NY
Swooping the twisties in NY Adirondack mountains
    Arriving home in VT

Congratulations on the new-to-you Valkyrie!

I won't be along your route, but how are the others supposed to tell you apart from all the other guys riding red & black Interstates with huge grins on their faces?

I'm curious as to Who you bought yer I/S from. I know one guy in Tulsa. Fact is I've been out to his shop. Good luck on good roads and dry weather on the way back east.  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

I've purchased and ridden home five Valkyries.  The longest ride was just under 3,000 miles.  It was a great adventure.

You're in for a treat.  Enjoy the ride home.   cooldude

Tues / Wed of next week. I'm bringing some parts to throw onto the bike. Maybe working on it during my stay there!
