I was siittin' here in the apt the other day and complaining to myself.  My knees had slowed me to a walk (pun intended).  And then, and then I thought back to all the time spent on keepin' this ole bod goin'

Three bladder surgeries (not as bad as you think, no new holes) over 30 some cystoscopies (gettin' used to them now), back surgery, nose surgery, TURP surgery with resultant MRSA, gut surgery with infection,   many gastric endoscopies,  narrowing of the esophagus, food stuck, 30 years of allergy shots, and other misc.  One stands out in memory the ENT doc slamming a BIG needle up my nose with the palm of his hand to drain my ethmoid sinuses.  Eye watering!

I remember complaining to Carl at Inzane Johnson City because we were the last table to get served the last remnants of the dinner., made a real ass of myself.

Now, the bad knees, more complaining until last Thursday when the cortisone shots helped the pain.

Today, Wednesday, I feel damn good for being 90 years of age. I feel damn good for looking back and knowing I never had an injury from riding, just good memories.   I feel good for knowing to quit when I was ahead.  Here's a pic taken a few months ago when my knees were really bad.  The Miata was treating me right tho.  I don't like wearing a baseball cap on backwards but I'd forgotten to turn it around when I set the camera up for remote.

Jes a bunch of boring  BS to post on the board here.
