Wife and I cold-geared up and rode yesterday afternoon between 2:30 and 4 PM when the temperature was at it's peak for the day at 57*. A leisurely cruise down a state highway paralleling the west side of the main road (U.S.50) at 50 MPH, no traffic going either way, and zigzagging around cow pies. Stopped and picked up a trio of tacos for dinner just as the sun started it's descent towards the western horizon and headed homeward.
Cold weather bearing down until next Wednesday when we may try it again. Any time is a good time when we're rollin'.
