Have any of you seen this?  Can't believe I'm the first on the forum to run by this, but "in case you missed it"...

http://www.airbagforbike.com/

I read an article not too long ago about a 'Wing option that had an airbag, but didn't read the details as I wasn't overly keen on the concept.  I commented, while watching the above video with my wife, "well, that would certainly jettison YOU pretty quick!  Good luck with that!"   Cool

Anyone have thoughts about whether you want an additional explosion coming from in front you in the form of an airbag when, maybe perhaps, you wanted to see what's in front of you?  Don't get me wrong, it's probably already saved someone's life somewhere, and you know the rule: "If it saves just one life, no matter what it is, it must absolutely be mandated.  Anything compulsory would appeal to liberals; my contribution for the day.

Honda had airbags on their Goldwings a few years back, don't know if it's still offered.

Apparently, they make airbag jackets too.

Bring money.

I own a 2009 Level 4 Goldwing that includes the Airbag.  Here are a few videos showing a Goldwing in a test situation.  I intentionally bought this bike for the ABS brakes and the Airbag.  I like the technology but hope to never have to try it out.
