So unfortunate there is "yet" to be a LIKE BUTTON implemented on this forum, one of the few forums out there which doesn't have that function. If I liked what you posted (I do not) I could just post Like or like some of us do.....+1 Facebook and others make way too much to do about liking stuff. It's to the point if you don't like it enough someone is mad at you and all you did was nothing Well I don't like your post either!!! I think it is kind of a cool option to have, but agree there are other ways to get your agreement/disagreement across.

What is total BS is comparing right wing conservatives (even extremists) as the left calls us to Islamic terrorists. She is also wrong about who is killing whom. Whackos from the left have done their fair share of shootings.
According to many left wing fanatics, I am a domestic terrorist (and so are some of you) because of membership in the NRA, being a veteran and belonging to a motorcycle club. Being a Christian doesn't help either. And this hack wants people to think we are as dangerous to America as radical Islam. That's what is BS
President Trump is not like Obama. Obama would get on TV and make judgment calls and attack and demonize those he perceived to be not his pet flavor prematurely only to have to recant and apologize when he was wrong.
I'm trying to recall Obama doing that. Could you remind me what he had to apologize for? Not saying it didn't happen, I just can't come up with anything like you describe. One time was when a black professor was arrested and Obama said almost instantly, " I don't know the facts but the cops were stupid and over acted " or something like that. When what really happened was legal and proper, it was just white cops and a black person being " harassed" Another time was during the riots after that criminal Michael Brown was killed. Obama went on the band wagon to make the point, it didn't matter he committed multiple crimes, it only mattered he was black and the cop was white. After the evidence was examined the cop did nothing wrong but his life and career was ruined in part because of Obama and his crooked attorney general. The black professor who had the cops called on him after he entered his own home (through a front window) ended up being the "beer summit" case, as the fawning media preferred showing us awesome B.O. Smoove was instead of what a kneejerk racist reaction he gave. Not exactly how Trump would have been treated, I guarantee.

Well I guess if the only source of news some people seem to rely on is Fox, then I guess I see how you think. As for who is stupid, we shall see when the Mueller report comes out if the AG will release it. I doubt if any of you would believe it anyway. I'm sorry that we have different opinions on this, and I am sorry it offends you. It is just a discussion. I guess I need to put on my flame proof suit now. John
Just so you know I don't regularly watch Fox News. I posted elsewhere that I don't really keep up with the "news". I try to form my positions on what I know rather than what I assume. That would be how I stay away from stupidity. The reference to stupid was specifically addressed regarding anyone who would take seriously what that person was pushing. I did go back and watch the whole video. I found her incredibly unbelievable (is that a double negative?). She actually had the gall to say that right wing "terrorists" were more dangerous to the U.S. than muslim terrorists. I missed where right wingers were flying aircraft into buildings with thousands of people in them. I need to read more about the Coast Guard lieutenant. If he truly was planning to kill people unwarranted then he is wrong. Terrorist? One would have to stretch the definition. Lacking reasonable sanity? Yep. Is President Trump responsible? Nope. Is the speaker in your video completely out of touch with logical reasoning. Yep. By the way I trust very few people who wave their hands around while talking. You'll find that is a valid position based upon psychological analysis. I'm beginning to have a similar opinion regarding folks who can't spell terrorist.

It is said he was arrested on gun and drug charges, but no details beyond that.
He has no prior record, so his reasonable collection of arms and ammo would have been legal (except what?) (of course, they took everything). No comment on any illegal firearms, or modifications, or violations of particular gun laws. No comment on what drugs.
It is said he read a lot of things about bombers and attackers and snipers (how-to). It is said he had writings about getting rid of a list of people (politicians and journalists) with some amount of written planning (of a white nationalist-conservative nature). Some of this writing was at work.
It is not said he published this to anyone else, or conspired with anyone else, or tried to get any assistance or agreement with anyone. No memberships are mentioned.
No terrorist charges are brought. So the judge gave the government 14 days to bring additional charges and before Hasson’s lawyer could file an appeal for his possible (pretrial) release.
Hasson joined the Coast Guard in March 1996 as an enlisted electronics technician, was promoted to chief warrant officer in 2012, and lieutenant in 2015 (and those promotions are no small thing). With a Secret clearance since 2005. He will remain on active duty until the legal case against him is adjudicated, but has stopped working since his arrest.
It doesn't say, but his arrest was by both Costies and FBI, and it sounds like he is in civilian federal court (not military court).
So far the facts are pretty slim (lots of smoke, very little fire). Some guys just like to write. Proving an actual plan and a clear intent to carry it out would seem difficult, unless he tells them so. He should be in a name, rank, and serial number mode, permanently (and I'm sure his counsel has told him this).
