Think it's called movies channel here. Easy Rider is on right now and the commercial breaks are snugglin it up BUT Easy Rider was released in 1969! I remember going to a theatre in Waukegan Il with My Brother Ross and our Wives at that time. I also remember the stunned looks on everyones face upon exiting the theatre when the movie was ocer cuz of THAT ending! RIDE SAFE.

No disrespect but...I tried watching it a while back and shut it off part way in...I lived it during the flower power days...can't go back there!! It was weird back then....x10 today.

I separated from the U S Navy in Feb of 68. One of the things I did after my discharge was let the hair and beard grow. Dabbled in some recreational drugs. Yup-aware some of todays snoflakes were born then. Someone said if you remember the 60s you weren't there. I beg to differ as I duz remember the 60s-well some of it anywho!  2funny What Still sticks in what I pass off as my mind was the absofrikkinlutely stunned looks-including me-on the faces of folks exiting Easy Rider. That LOOK still in my mind 50 years later. Makes one wunder if that last scene has some bit of truth in it. RIDE SAFE.
