My eldest spawn has been playing with Poi lately, and gotten quite good at it IMHO... Her school had a UN Talent Show tonight, and this was her performance in it. Very cool. Reminds me of the toys we used as kids with two solid glass balls on a leather string with a handle. I used to knock the $#(% outta myself with those things!

I was wondering what Poi was over there, Didn't think it would be what we know it as...... but yup the same but I guess it is in Hawaii too, Poi is part of Maori Dance so is pretty well known here Very well done  A quick look on you tube found this, this is the type they do for group competitions https://youtu.be/oBTLq72V4r4 |

I'm with Rob... I thought Poi was some sort of Pacific Island dish... thanks to you and Kali for straightening us out! WOW! Now I'm just a little bit less ignorant than I was when I awoke this morning... thanks to y'all for that, too!!!
