And I say that's a good thing!

All those millions going into the pockets of contractors, laborers, craftsman, designers, architects, inspectors, food truck owners, real estate sellers, local tax coffers, furniture store owners, interior designers, material vendors, etc.  And then there will be the full time staff to maintain it like maids and groundskeepers, etc.

Much better than going to the gov't!
